[HAM] leslie amp safety

If I am to replace the 6 pin plug on the amp input (122 in this case):

I have removed the amp from the leslie cabinet.
I have removed all tubes.

What is the first safety step I should follow before disconnecting....
and then resoldering a new plug ?
