[HAM] Hammond S6 Chord organ interface to PR-40

Hello Mike:
Do you know where I could find the original kit to interface the  S6 Chord Organ to the PR-40?  Is the Alphex 124A and the MatchboxII a 1 to 2 audio trabsformer?  Where should I look for these?  Thank you Mike for your email.
