As you've discovered, this is not a "standard" mod but it's still a fairly 
common way to use a 147 with a keyboard.  However, the easiest way to make this 
Leslie work with an 11-pin organ is to restore the Leslie to stock and then 
use a 1147 "kit" so it's a direct plug-in.  1122 and 1147 interfaces are great 
little problem solvers.
