Or maybe several! Thanks for your philosophical comment. It sounds very smart. I personally feel that sometimes Hammond/Leslies were a healthy obsession in my life to replace Yamahas and Farfisas. Sorta wishing Steinway Sohns pianos ! I feel that vibrant rotor drum giving a revolving sound in my stomach mostly from the real woofer (not a mic' one) is the only substance I need in my life (except a good wine but only once a week) A bottle a week keeps the heart surgeon away ! :) FYI: I play contemporary gospel music (for fun, not any church) and jazz.....also I'm not prophet (nor a psychic...he) but let me say that in my case keyboards were a good escape to the madness of the so called civilized real world. ********************************** Good luck with your project(s) and I'd recommend checking out the Leslie 860 model for compactness, sturdiness and a kickass sound out of a little box. ********************************** Actually I appreciate your advice ! Thanks Bill. I'd like to get details about how-to unassembly an 860 or how-to converting in a ligh kit to carry with me before assembling again once. I guess that the fine details to work after chopping are getting the pulleys, rotor, belts, balance, etc. working fine again , isnt' it ? It remains my wish of get chunks of it, as I never heard about "portable" Leslie......(it sounds more serious than inflatable, huh ?) My apologies for my first too long introduction. ests, Nestor **************************************************************************** Best regards, Bill
