How about a bad tube sockets?
I had the case of socket treated with contact cleaner. After some 
treatment with Kontakt 60 -> Kontakt WL -> ProGold this phenomenom went 
away.
If you wiggle the tubes, you can easily identify, if the problem is 
related to a contact problem.
