[HAM] What's Wrong?

Your start switch may be flakey and is engaging the start motor
intermittently.
Listen to the type of sound it is making.
Simulate a test by starting and running the organ then flip the start switch
up and compare the grinding sound.

If not the same follow Magnus instructions.
