[HAM] Leslie 45

I recently picked up a model 45 leslie.  I currently have a CV and 145.  QUESTION :  Is the model 45 a plug and play
with my CV as it is wired for a 145?  Will the current slow fast switch work and is the 45 defaulted to off when the 
switch is open?
